Why Meek Mill Got bashed on Twitter by Africans

Maybach's Meek Mill has been in a controversy lately on X formerly Twitter with his African supporters over a simple question.

In his latest tweet the dreams and nightmares rapper also shared how he would be interested in doing an Afro Album with the right artist and producer.

So how did his own tweet became a backlash?, Well in the early hours of Sunday Meek tweeted and I quote

"Do a lot of people play my music in South Africa I remember having on big show their few years back ... How do yall listen to our music out in South Africa??? On what platform or in Nigeria"
This got to the nerves of some or most likely all his African fans from the both countries mentioned
South Africa and Nigeria as the interpretation of this tweet became misunderstood.

Here are some fans reactions below

It goes on and on and the traction is a super trend on the first day he released his third studio project titled Champion.

Meek Mill later tweeted without an apology on X saying it was for business and blah blah purposes ending the tweet with an Lol meaning this was all for the clout Africans could get him on the first day of release.

Like AKA once said celebrities are dumb, Meek acted super dumb knowing it will get him the clout and Champion would gain from that traction in the end it's all business to them so get it off your chest.
